HI--thank you for your reply. Your suggestion is that i use CTS with your (Sierra charts) data feed. My problem is that i like my current set-up i,e Sierra charts for trading and charting and don't want to change that. Is it not possible to change from a data feed with CQG to a data feed from yourselves but continue with my existing trading and charting visuals? Would this not also be a potential solution to my issue? You seem to be inferring that there are issues for people using CQG data feed with Sierra charts without actually spelling them out---i previously used TT as a data feed supplier and that worked fine until that option was removed. If there are ongoing issues with CQG that you are unable to discuss then obviously i need to change but i would prefer to just change the data feed not the charting and trading package. thanks |
