I appreciate the reply but this is not correct as I understand it. Certainly, it hasn't been correct for the last four years I've been doing this; nor does it match the instructions listed on the page itself. There used to be an entry box specifically called "External Data or Trading Service Username" - This box is no longer present. My question to Sierra Chart support is how do I specify who has access to a custom study when they do not have a direct SC account but instead come through an partner-integrated version of Sierra Chart like AT Charts. I cannot use a generic name like you've specified. Assuming that would work it would give access to the study to all users of that partner-integrated version of SC. |
