We did a test now and we do not see a problem with this. Make sure Scroll Position is enabled on both charts. If you still have a problem we suspect it is an issue related to using WINE. But looking at the screenshot you provided, it sounds like you might be interested in using Tools >>Synchronize Charts instead.
