You definitely should be seeing on the chart, for 30 seconds after connecting to the data feed or after opening the chart and when connected to the data feed, a message indicating the symbol is unknown, and the error message text from Interactive Brokers. That is with certainty. These are the relevant messages: Symbol Error - NQ-201706-GLOBEX is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted.
