We did not change anything that would cause this: I noticed this when I entered orders and some customers didn't received them. Unless this has something to do with the selected Trade Account on the Trade Window. Not really sure because we do not know your Financial Advisor account configuration or have a good understanding of them. These changes have been out now for more than a month and we have not had anyone report an issue like this. So we are surprised by the trouble. We would have expected that everything would work quite well since at this time, we have achieved the best integration to Financial Advisor accounts compared to previously.
