Now, however, another problem. None of the data on my charts is updating. The latest data I have showing on my charts is from October 20. That is where the charts stop.
The first thing we want you to do is update Sierra Chart to the current version. Follow these instructions:

If there is some TWS authorization error related to the symbol of the chart, you will see that displayed on the chart after connecting to the data feed.
