With the proper authorization from Interactive Brokers, I am now trading in an account in the name of my business colleague. He is directly receiving data on his own computer from Interactive Brokers, and that data is legally being shared by me on my own, separate computer. He is not using Sierra Chart. Only I am using Sierra Chart.

Now when I try to access Sierra Chart, the Log states "Error connecting to Data or Trading Service ... Note: Is the Interactive Brokers TWS software running and is it enabled for socket clients?"

The only thing I can determine is that there must be a problem with what I understand to be the "target machine," which I gather must be my colleague's computer. I hope this problem can be resolved. I am a loyal customer of Sierra Chart and the arrangement with Interactive Brokers is fully authorized.
