The data comes from CQG. Not from Sierra Chart.

We recommend contacting your broker and have them change your account to use CTS instead:

For the most reliable connection use the new low-cost connection model for CTS which is documented here:

That connection model uses the Sierra Chart data feed.

If you decide to change to CTS, then you need to change the symbols of the charts as explained here:
