First issue: On my second machine I have to go through a firewall and my admin needs to know which ports and protocolls he has to enable in order to allow SC to communicate with BitMEX. Every other data connection works, so Cryptocurrencies Data -[data] or TT FIX works fine, just for BitMEX [trading] I don't get a connection. Message log displays a windows 10053 error. We already referred to: HTTP Communication Errors and Data and Trading Communications (DTC) Protocol Server: Troubleshooting Connection Problems to DTC Server but no success. Disabling the firewall or working around it is absolutely out of question due to compliance issues. Any ideas? Second issue: On my first machine, SierraChart could not hold the connection to Bitmex today. Worked fine for a couple of minutes, then connection broke down, reestablished, broke down, reestablished and so on and so forth. Internet was stable but I restarded computer and router. Worked fine again for like 10 Minutes, then it started all over again. The funny thing is, today was the first day this has happened.
