I followed the instructions and was able to open charts correctly. However, when I restarted Sierra today, I had just a blank screen when I tried to open a chart. I went back through the instructions and found that there were some service agreements to sign. Did that and restarted Sierra. Charts were now visible but not updating. Also the following message appears: "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Exchange not authorized." Symbols concerned are GCZ17 and CLX17. I went back through the instructions but I didn't see anything else that should be activated for the charts to update. Am I supposed to activate one of the other exchanges even though I've stated that I will be using Sierra's Data Feed?
