We have read what you said and we have looked into this, and there should not be a problem.

But unless we validate everything you have done, the installation folders, and a registry entry, we cannot know for certain.


Anyway, there is a solution to this.

You have an installation of Sierra Chart you use with CTS. That is fine.

Install another copy of Sierra Chart into a folder like C:\SierraChartTransAct and set it to use TransAct following these instructions here:

No longer run Sierra Chart from the TransAct software.

You may want to copy your data and configuration files from the previous Sierra Chart TransAct installation (C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA) to the new one. Refer to help topic 15 for this:
