The options for the CTS feed are confusing, please help clarify: 1. To set up CTS feed for Sierrachart through Amp, Amp charges $10/mo. You also charge $10/mo, is the $10/mo billed twice/to both? 2. Possible to use the $10/mo CTS feed for data to Sierra, and not Sierrachart Exchange feed for $25/mo extra? 3. What's the lowest cost solution to get CTS on Sierra (Amp?) including platform, CME data, CTS feed charge, and data feed charge, how much is it total/mo, can CTS T4 Desktop/Mobile work with this, and how do I set that up?
