In the case of CQG, the symbols are different. You need to follow through the instructions here to change the symbols of the charts to CQG symbols:

The other problem is this:

CQG FIX: Received a Logout message. Text = UserName does not exist. Contact Customer Support for assistance. | 2017-10-12 18:17:59
