Good morning, the issue I'm experiencing is that when I load my chartbook one with my studies applied to it, the real time data is not showing up on the charts and its because its saying the "historical download failed". I just recently purchased a one month membership for 24 usd so id like to get this resolved quickly. thank you! account name is **.
