I have win 10 Enterprise and she has win 10 pro. As I said before, I don't need those shortcut features to work for me. She was looking to change futures brokers for a cheaper commission rate. Since I`m with Infinity Futures,recommended them and that she would get SC for free. I didn't even know the shortcuts wasn't working, until she being an disabled person was testing out SC, pointed them out. I told her I would post her concerns for her and let her know the answer received. After I sent her the screen shots of the SC support staff responses (#2 and #4) to her concerns. She was shocked at the tone of the response given by a representative of the company to a current customer. So she decided to remain with her current broker and to keep her current trading platform instead.
