There is little doubt the problem is on the system side. If anyone else notices this, let us know. It would seem very doubtful anyone would respond. What would be a good idea, is it that if users can open the File menu with Alt-F, to let us know. We just tested another system. And there is no problem. If there is any program which would have a problem like this, it would not be Sierra Chart. Clearly there is nothing we can do because this functionality is managed by the Windows operating system. The only potential problem involves keyboard shortcuts. Reset those to default: Global Settings >> Customize Keyboard Shortcuts >> Set All to Defaults. Press OK.
