There is little doubt the problem is on the system side. If anyone else notices this, let us know. It would seem very doubtful anyone would respond. What would be a good idea, is it that if users can open the File menu with Alt-F, to let us know. We just tested another system. And there is no problem. If there is any program which would have a problem like this, it would not be Sierra Chart. Also will pass along a screen shot of your response which is basically ("resolve on your side")to her 508 concerns to the same issues she had experienced as well.
