I`m using version 1614 and when I set focus the main SC application and press ALT-F. The file menu does not drop down. I have not changed any short cuts or made any new shortcuts. On my web browser when I set focus to it and hit ALT-F, the file menu drops down. I do not require these short cuts to work for me, but a disabled family member does. She was looking to move to SC from another platform because its now free at her broker. However, I will pass along what I found on both my workstations regarding SC. Also will pass along a screen shot of your response which is basically ("resolve on your side")to her 508 concerns to the same issues she had experienced as well.
