In the case of the CTS T4 trading platform service, there was not proper support for multiple accounts in 997 and earlier. This is why we worked very hard to get off of the old API and add multiple account support as soon as possible. However, as long as you select the correct account in File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and reconnect to the server, then that account will be used. Although, you should not switch among accounts. Apparently CTS has taken down the FIX simulation server due to issues. So you need to use 997. The live FIX server is available.
