Problem 1 - Can't chart spreads for known symbol: Enter F.US.CLES12Z7 in FindSymbol dialog. From there if I click "OpenTrading DOM", it works fine - displays the DOM with correct price data. No problem. But if I create "Open Historical Chart", it opens a big black chart window, thinks about it for a few seconds, they displays "DOWNLOAD FAILED!" in a little red box. MY FRIEND WHO HAS SC+CQG DID EXACTLY THE SAME THING AND IT WORKED FINE FOR HER. So it must have something to do with my configuration???

Problem 2 - Can't retrieve symbols: In FindSymbol dialog, navigate to NYMEX Futures Spreads, then choose CL futures spreads. Once I have chosen that, it appears that the "Get Spreads" button is inteded to retrieve the available spreads for the selected category, but when I click it nothing happens.
