Correct, the CTS username has two accounts. Thanks for confirming my sanity! I don't see the need to Disconnect and reconnect after account changes in the documentation, so it seems less than ideal for SC to report one account as in-use but trade another. However, I noted that the new version fixed this so upgraded... Now I have the following error recorded in the log, I followed the instructions (twice) to Reset the symbols for the FIX update, and tried restarting, but same result. I note there are some prior posts about FIX problems with T4 particularly on TST combines (the reason I hadn't updated so far) but they seem to report this problem being solved. Please could you let me know if there is something I'm missing, or do I now need to go back to 997 to get SC to work again?
