This seemed to start on 1612 I have a VERY simple chart (attached chartbook) Enabled in General Settings to open on startup. SC loads in 10 seconds or so, but the chartbook doesn't appear for about 40 seconds. Reverted to 1609 and loading of everything took about 10 seconds. Installed 1612 again and there is a delay (this time about 7 seconds) from when SC is loaded until the chartbook is loaded. 17 seconds or so total. Not so horrible, but it does slow down debugging.
