It sounds as though the CTS username that you login to the CTS system with has 2 accounts?

If so, then with the version of Sierra Chart you are on, you need to select File >> Disconnect and then File >> Connect to Data Feed after changing the account in the Data/Trade Service Settings window.

This is not the case in the newer versions of Sierra Chart that have multiple account support.
