1. If you are referring to the padding above and below the chart bars either a positive or negative padding when using Interactive Scale Range, then that is implemented as a percentage. You will see some variation in the amount of space as you scroll the chart.

2. If you want to fix the chart at a particular price range, you need to set the Scale Range to User Defined and enter the top and bottom values for the scale. Refer to the instructions here:
