We simply do not agree with your conclusions at all.

This is not even true:
I'm currently looking at a 1995 candlestick chart which doesn't autosize when tiled and I'm paying $70+ per month.

This is a completely untrue statement. The candlestick charts in Sierra Chart are very good. To associate them with a particular year makes no sense and has no logic in it.

And furthermore the problem is, you have altered the scale from the default, and the behavior you are seeing is all by proper design and functionality. What you see happening is based upon how you have configured this chart. This has nothing to do with user interface improvements at all. Refer to the Chart Scale documentation here:

We also answered your other support request about this.

And also most of that USD70 you are paying does not even come to us. It goes to the exchanges. We are just a money collector for them. USD24 comes to us less payment processing fees.

You have not convinced us of anything here.

Please don't change anything you're doing to "Modernize" your software so we can have pretty skins or other useless garbage. Hopefully you won't and I doubt you will because it's clear you've escaped from that claptrap.
