This is going to be an operating system limitation and issue and can be caused by having too many charts open. Most especially detached charts. The problem is within Windows. Windows has problems with too many windows. We actually did develop a solution to this by destroying chart windows if they are not visible. It has not yet been released to users because it is not well tested. We will go ahead and release it as a prerelease and see how it goes. I also get a message in the log that says "recalculating" and also one that says "file has a volume of 0". And another one about closing the socket. None of this is a concern and is not related.
