YES! this is very strange.
my log is in attached.
I am reinstalled SierraChart with fully deleting of folder of SC - still not working.
Only one instance of SC - still not working.
It's not ISP problem - i have 2 providers. And with both are not working.

Sorry for some.. assumption... but

"SOCKS 5 proxy support which allows Sierra Chart to work on any network which requires the use of a SOCKS 5 proxy. Username and Password verification is also supported. This is configured through the main Sierra Chart Login window, and also through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Proxy Settings . This is a long overdue feature. This is especially useful in corporate environments. This feature cannot work with TransAct or Rithmic because Sierra Chart does not use direct connectivity for those services and we encourage those services to offer a direct connectivity option. And that option will need to follow the DTC Protocol. This feature allows a user to tunnel all Sierra Chart connectivity through a central proxy server. "

may be if you changed some connections procedures, may be really exist DIFFERENCE between 98 and 99 version, which affected and to no-proxy user too? I have a router at both cases.

This is not some issue with date-time on my local computers - 98 version working normal.
