Hi, thank you for your help. It seems I have found a solution. The problem was I was using a contract which is not listed in the list of available contracts in the "Find symbol" window however the contract is normally traded on the exchange. So i just clicked on the nearest available contract in "Find symbol" window and renamed it to correspond to my desired contract. For instance I clicked on the nearest GC contract which is "GC-201712-NYMEX" but rewrote it into "GC-201710-NYMEX". Do you have a clue why "GC-201710-NYMEX" is not in a list of available contracts while it is normally traded on the exchange and it has solid OI? Thank you in advance. |
