Sierra Chart makes backups of Spreadsheets and Chartbooks in the Backups subfolder located in the folder Sierra Chart is installed to. From our perspective, we do not understand what you are describing clearly enough and it is outside the scope of our support to understand it. We cannot answer your question. It is a very complex question to answer, and we have very little information to have an understanding about this especially being it is not reproducible.
