Does your TD Ameritrade account contain more than one trading account on it? Either way, there should be an update within 5 seconds, and if not this is going to be a TD Ameritrade issue. We recommend not using TD Ameritrade for trading and we recommend instead using Interactive Brokers. The TD Ameritrade interface from TD Ameritrade that Sierra Chart uses is old, and is no longer supported by TD Ameritrade. It is substandard.
