Dear Sierra Chart support team, I am fighting with this problem for several days. My intraday continuous futures contract date rule rollover back-adjusted chart is not updating. It stops on a particular date and only the real-time price is updating on the right sided vertical scale but the chart is not updating. I have read through your page and tried several things to correct this problem before I wrote this ticket. I have deleted the data files via the Chart >> Reload and Recalculate, Edit >> Delete All Data And Download as well as manually deleting the data files (.scid) in the Data folder within the Sierra Chart main folder. Nothing helped. The daily historical charts seem OK. The problem occurs on these contracts: ZL-201710-ECBOT, ZS-201709-ECBOT, ZM-201710-ECBOT, GC-201710-NYMEX and SI-201710-NYMEX-USD-5000. When I switch from continues futures contract into standard contract the error disappears (the charts will start updating). Many thanks in advance for your help.
