From our perspective this is next to impossible to understand because we do not know the settings you have on the Time and Sales window. We have no reason to believe there is any problem and we definitely do not believe that. Provide a screenshot of the Time and Sales Settings window. It can be attached here. And provide us a clear example of a particular line in the Time and Sales window that do you expect would provide an alert and explain why it should provide an alert relative to the settings and the documentation.
