1. In regards to the historical data download failed error, follow the instructions here to perform a Forced Login procedure: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login You for sure should not have a problem after this. 2. Since yesterday, some of my options were changed which I can reset, but that is frustrating. Specifically what? The only options that would be reset upon an update of Sierra Chart, assuming you did that, would be the keyboard shortcuts for Advanced Custom Study buttons.3. I just tried to download the pre-release to see if that would fix some problems, and it would not download. Is this related to the current access issues? No, this is unrelated and we will fix this this hour. You do not need to update.4. I keep setting the option for Sierra Chart to load data from that folder, but it keeps reverting to C:\SierraChart\Data. You need to uncheck Global Settings >> General Settings >> Always use Data Folder within Main Folder5. From the log: Error creating the file folder: C:\Data\Sierra Chart.
