We have looked into this issue and determined that there is no problem here. The August contract is not an active contract and not included for ZS for Continuous Futures Contract charts and that is why the month is rolled over to November automatically like it should be. Also, when you went to re-download the data, the November contract should have been listed and selected and that would have solved the original issue.
