You are correct in that the quote board is showing those 5 symbols as not actively traded because I forgot to change them. However, with the box checked under Charts >>>Chart Setting>>>Automatically Rollover Futures Symbols it compensated for that, on most symbols, until I got it changed. Yes, I know how to change the quote board and, no, Infinity did not preconfigure my setup. As I mentioned in my last post they don't know jack about your platform. I don't know how to change the quote board to the auto rollover. I can't get to a box to put a check in. When I click on Setting>>>Auto Rollover Futures Symbols nothing happens and it just reverts back to the quote board. I doubt this will solve anything anyway because I gather from you ignoring my question that I have asked twice about why we have to look at a "dead" contract that the quote board is going to rollover based on trading days left rather than when volume rolls over like the other auto rollover check box under Charts>>>Auto Rollover Futures Symbol. Is that correct? |
