We are rather puzzled by your statements in post #23. The chart tick size was set by default to .01 in the Global Symbol Settings Controls, so how is that my fault?
We did not say this is your fault. We do not know how you come to that conclusion. But what we are pointing out is the Tick Size setting in Chart >> Chart Settings and linked to the documentation to change that according to the Global Symbol Settings. However, if the Tick Size for F.US.EP?## symbol was .01 in the Global Symbol Settings and that symbol was listed there, then somehow that must have been changed on your side. That is not how it is set by default. If it were incorrect, we would be having hundreds of reports about this. Anyway, at this point none of this is important. I reset the ES?##-$INX tick to .25 so hopefully that is correct since after all the trouble I've had you couldn't be bothered to type more than one sentence in any post to help me out. That is not the correct setting for that symbol. That is a premium symbol. That should be at .01. you couldn't be bothered to type more than one sentence in any post to help me out.
We do not understand what you mean by this. If you are referring to the late response, keep in mind we are very busy, we have already provided extensive help already, and we thought you were asking about the scale changes for the Numbers Bars study and we not had a chance to really review that. That is still under review. Everything is functioning normally, but because you have compressed to scale somewhat, scale changes may make the bars more difficult to read.Anyway, we think a new setting we have developed may help but that setting needs more work. If this is how you take care of paying customers I am not impressed. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
