We really need to look at this with remote assistance. You should never have any problem like this and we have never seen anything like this before if what you are saying is correct in regards to the scale setting. It does appear as though you are using a Constant Range scale with auto centering. You can reset the scale with Chart >> Reset Scales. You do not have to rely upon another Chartbook.
