This would mean that Support Scale In is not enabled. You may have enabled it on the wrong Trade Window. Refer to this section here about this:

And I am positive that for the other issue where when I add 2 it actually adds three that I am not adjusting the QTY to 3 it is doing it by itself.
We could examine the Trade Activity Log if you want. But at this point if you continue to have a problem it is best we look at this with remote assistance. We know that the quantity cannot change on its own. If Sierra Chart had a fault like that, that would be incredibly serious and would get immediate attention from us. No such problem has ever existed.
