This problem happens daily between 9:00AM - 11:00AM EST (sometimes as early as 8:30AM) for the past 7-9 days. I called Transact tech support a few times, and they asked me to contact my ISP, and my ISP says everything works fine.

I resolved the issue a few times by re-installing the trading platform and the chart, which would allow me to sign on successfully, but not having much luck today with this work-around, and would love to get some help to get to the bottom of this.
