When attempting to update Sierra to the latest version, using > Help-Download Current Version < The following happens: The software is downloaded and then I close Sierra. The installer window opens and when I install the update, I get an error message: “SierraChartFileDownloader.exe has stopped working” I have tried to download the file from the Software Download section but get the same error. I can’t see the relevant log message. Your assistance would be appreciated.
