many thanks. all my studies read 0ms except for one study which reads 1ms I think it is the large number of charts. Especially after the computer has been on for a while. I run no other applications. There is no Skype etc or any other application on the machine except for the kaspersky antivirus. There are 3 candidate gaming models; which setup do you think will remove this lag on switching between charts and changing time frames: 1. Intel® Core™ i7-6850K Processor (6-cores, 15MB Cache, TurboBoost Max 3.0, Overclocked up to 4.0 GHz) 64GB (4X16GB) DDR4 2133MHz SDRAM Memory 2. Intel® Core™ i7-6950X Processor(10 cores, 25MB Cache, TurboBoost Max 3.0, Overclocked up to 3.8 GHz) 64GB (4X16GB) DDR4 2133MHz SDRAM Memory The first 2 candidates are in one series. But then candidate 3 is in another gaming series: 3. Intel® Core™ i7-7700K Processor (4-Cores, 8MB Cache, Turbo Boost 2.0, Overclocked up to 4.4GHz) 32GB HyperX™ FURY DDR4 XMP at 2667MHz So the last system has 4 cores - but faster than candidates 1 and 2. It also has less RAM but it is faster RAM 2667MHz. The trade-offs are between the cores and the speed. I will purchase whichever system you tell me will run Sierra the best. Many thanks.
