Hi SC, I have a large number of charts open ~240 in my platform. SC works fine but it there is noticeable lag - but I do have a large number of custom studies form my developer. Currently using Toshiba gaming laptop - quad core i7, 32 RAM, SSD, Nvidia GTX 770M (3GB video) I will get a dell gaming desktop. ten core i7, 64 GB RAM. the video card nvidia 1080 (8GB video). Question is whether I should pay extra to get 2 video cards instead of one? I dont play games at all and I wonder if I need this. Also, for the purposes of SC, the standard machine comes with 6 core i7. will I notice any difference with the 10 core i7? thanks |
