I updated to "latest version" and the software crashed. When I logged on to support, it said that you are no longer going to support Windows XP and to do a "rollback" to a previous version that worked. I did that. It didn't. I tried downloading several other previous versions; none worked. I lost $2000 on open trades. I called. I emailed. No one has returned my call or helped. Frustrated, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling; I tried deleting and reinstalling. Nothing works. The computer gives and error when I start Sierra Charts of "The Procedure Entry Point CancelIoEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll." Please help me with this.
