Yes you can still do this. There will be no problem with LMAX data. And when using Interactive Brokers you can still use the FXCM symbols under the File >> Find Symbol >> Forex category and then use the Trade and Current Quote Symbol setting to trade the equivalent Interactive Brokers symbol.
