The reason why we ask who your futures broker is because to receive the real-time CME data, it does make a difference as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#UnderstandingAccessingDataFromCME This is not a concern for the first month because there is no charge for the exchange fees for the first month. However, you cannot activate any of the lower-priced CME exchange fees. You need to activate the higher-priced ones. However, if you are with Top Step Trader, then the real-time data will come through them. They work with the Rithmic trading platform service. I also observed that the symbols in the Global settings is different from the symbols in the fund symbols menu. Can you synchronize?
