Thank you for the prompt response do you happen to know where to locate the symbol from "Find Symbol" for the spread? I found the micro euro/usd but it still displays the same but i do not think that is what the customer is trying view. Subject - 66 and e7 Euro/USD CQG price discrepancies Here is the exact inquiry from customer. The problem is that CQG / Sierra is showing the price (Charts and DOM) at the Tick eg 1.0801. But the real price (TDAM) can be anywhere from 1.08010 to 1.08019 within that $6.25 Tick. This makes entering a trade more difficult. There should not be any truncation of the last digit. The price should show the last digit without moving the DOM or the chart. Meaning that a DOM at ($6.25 - 1 Tick) could be stable but the last digit could be changing. |
