Hi, I have been unable to extend usage time again. I received the error message from a company in Iceland that my credit card is not set up for payments, whatever that means. But of course that is not possible anyway because I have payed all recent usage of Sierra Charts with the exact same credit card. It has not expired, and has a positive account balance. Thank you. |
