When providing an image of the chart, you need to remove all other studies from the chart. Provide another image of the chart. What you can do first is go to Chart >> Duplicate Chart and on the duplicated chart remove all of the other studies. Make sure it shows at least one day of data. Although the first thing to do is to make sure the Scale Range for the Horizontal Line at Time study is set to Automatic.
