Hi support, My bid and ask size columns are and were present on my screenshot. I've been using it like this with the same DOM configuration since coming to SC some months back and have always had inside bid ask data until today. The issue affects me because initially at the start of the day, I was unsure if the feed was working or was accurate. Are you saying that my account should not even be receiving inside bid/ask data? Every data feed I have ever used always provides a minimum top of the book level 1 data. |
