Thanks for the quick reply but I guess that I did not communicate my frustration clearly. In the physical world you push down on something to compress it and conversely you pull up on something to expand it. However in Sierra Charts that motion is reversed in the Interactive Scale Range function in the chart value area. Other platforms respond intuitively but in Sierra Charts I have to stop myself and move opposite my natural inclination to get the result that I want. I draw price retracements all day long and often need to see more of both sides of the charts and pulling down in the sidebar should reveal more of the overall chart not hide it. Maybe an option could be programmed to make this a user choice. Thanks
