This is the response from them: Thank you for contacting us. The format for option symbols in the API would be as follows: AMTD_092210P12.5 Historical OHLC data and volatility are available, as well. See if that options symbol format works for you. We did not get an error message with the symbol, but there is no historical data. However, we probably need to look into this further because we think there is a symbol translation which is used. So that may not be the right format.
